Easter & Christmas rates are high season as in July/Aug. Apartment must be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure.

A 20% deposit (non - refundable) secures bookings. Balance is due minimum 4 weeks before arrival. Discounts for monthly and 3 monthly lets. 10% discount to fill late availabilities and cancellations.

£100 security deposit, refundable after house keepers visit.
